Buying in Agdal: what to know
Agdal was built out later than Gueliz, and the building stock shows it: recent blocks, lifts, underground parking, and more consistent construction standards. It is the easiest part of the city in which to find a family apartment of three rooms or more with the sort of specification a European buyer recognises straight away.
Rental demand here is mainly long term, coming from Moroccan families, professionals, and staff from the nearby clinics and universities. Less turnover than the centre, so less management, but almost no tourist seasonality either. It suits a steady rental income rather than a short-let strategy.
